The Spazio Group was awarded the rights to carry out a Tama 38 demolition and redevelopment project in Tel Aviv's prestigious northern section. The Group's proposal was broadly supported based on the confidence of tenants in the final result: They understood they would ultimately reside in not just another project but a unique and splendidly planned building boasting a prestigious design statement and specifications such have not yet been seen in the domain of urban renewal.
For this project, we engaged the services of architect Avner Yashar of the well-known Yashar Architects firm, so that together we could fulfill our vision of excellence in this exclusive location – for the benefit of tenants and for beautifying the face of Tel Aviv.
