One of the most intriguing and talked-about projects in recent years: the legendary Hebrew Writers Association building on Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv, adjacent to the Sarona complex and Ibn Gvirol St. The Spazio Group in association with the New City Company acquired the land and submitted plans for preserving the existing building while adding a prestigious 19-floor tower with 64 units to the site's anterior portion.
The buildings will constitute an organic part of a cultural and residential complex stretching across 1,500 sq meters. Spazio's prudent planning, sensitivity to historic buildings and the local cultural fabric combined with a design conception developed in association with the Elisha Rubin architectural firm were highly acclaimed and resonated well with the media and with leading real estate companies and developers.
